Went here with my daughter because she has an addiction to dough balls. The dough balls were indeed lovely and so were the pizzas! The staff were really friendly, attentive and helpful. It was quite quiet at the time we visited but the staff were keeping themselves busy with cleaning and setting up tables. Very professional. You can tell this is a well run place.

I booked an Adult pizza making party for my partner’s birthday (Valentine’s Day) and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff here were incredibly attentive and helpful for the duration of our booking, despite the party of 13 being somewhat disorganised at times (can’t apologise enough!) We had the whole upstairs to ourselves and Finley and James were just ace about the whole thing. Highly recommend a pizza making party here if we haven’t made them stop accepting bookings with our antics!

We visit the place quite often, but something really set me off yesterday. I went to the place with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. When we walked in the we were received by a member of staff. Usually the staff(female) smile and greet us but yesterday the staff who received us did not even look at us. He took us in and offered us a table which was in the very center and was closely surrounded by people around. I asked him if we can sit somewhere else. We had a great dining experience at Pizza Express Liverpool Albert Dock, with great service from Josh & Ellie who did fantastic with it being extra busy in the restaurant today. Special shoutout to those in the back preparing the meals, good job all round!
