First and last time I am ever visiting this branch in uxbridge. It was one of the worst unclean branches of Nando's that I have been to. There was food bits all on the ground. We were waiting for around 30 minutes to be seated after which the staff cleaned our table, dropping the food bits off the table onto the sofa we were about to be seated in. We came here for our anniversary and didn't enjoy the atmosphere at all. Will not visit again. Even the coleslaw tasted off.

Okay experience at Nando's Uxbridge. Food was okay’ish, but sadly chicken aren’t halal wish they had the option. Unfortunately it was the vegetarian choices for the family. Options were okay and limited. The wraps were edible. May go back if improvements are made, but not my first choice. Service was good.

Terrible experience. We ordered corn, and it was completely burnt. I asked them to replace it, and they did — but unbelievably, the second one was just as burnt. On top of that, I ordered pineapple, and instead of grilling or preparing it properly, they just brought it out raw. Totally unacceptable. It felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or customer satisfaction.
