We held our wedding here and would highly recommend it to anyone. All the team were fantastic on the day, so helpful and checking everything was ok. The DJ was also brilliant. Special mention to Laura who was great, from the initial enquiry to keeping track of our requirements she was very reassuring. Jade and Ryan were both amazing on the day. The marquee is a perfect size for a small/medium sized wedding, and as the weather was good we could also use the space outside. It felt very private. The Holmfield will always hold a special place in our hearts 💕

Have stayed a few times.for work. Rooms are nothing fancy but clean and in good condition. Plenty of parking, pub is decent. Breakfast is nice although would suit me to start a little earlier than 7. The location in the heart of Thornes park is fantastic so plenty of places for a nice walk or run nearby.

Just had a lovely evening at the Holmfield Arms. 4 of us had food and listened to a really good couple of lads playing music. Katsu curry was good and fresh chilli's gave it some heat, salmon and prawns were so tasty but the star of the show for me was the gammon, with eggs and pineapple. What a thick piece of gammon cooked to perfection. The staff who served us were really good and couldn't do enough for us. We'll done and thank you to all of them.

I Visited the pub with family and friends for a get together meal on a Saturday lunchtime. We got a table easily as it was quiet. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff helpful and friendly. The food was ok, with the exception of my sausages being rather tough due to being overcooked. Generally a nice pub in lovely park surroundings. I would definitely visit again if I wanted a basic lunchtime meal.
