Waiting outside for about 10 minutes before another car drove around to wake the staff up. It then took the staff ages to cook the food which was somehow cold when it arrived Granted it was 6am and the staff seemed fairly stressed but fairly shocking service all in all and they only had three customers to deal with. The only good point was it managed to pass 20 to 30 minutes or so

Totally disappointed, ordered arrived with items missing and told to wait for my drinks as the food got colder. Eventually I have to call the restaurant to ask them to bring my drinks out. Only to discover items missing from my order when I got home. What a total shambles poorly run! Photo is from the week before, supposed to be a large Americano. Pizz poor service.

McDonald's have excelled themselves this time. As usual they will block my review and I will have to appeal so the public can see this but along with my cold fries the picture attached is of my big Mac. I think something is missing

If I could leave zero I would. Only interested in getting food ready for the ridiculous amount of delivery drivers. This is the worst for just eat/uber in the area, I would seriously recommend not using this McDonald's. Waited 35 minutes for food through the drive thru. No explanation, no apology. Absolute disgrace. Sent a "floor manager" out who asked "yeah, what's the problem"! Disgusting staff, disgusting premises, serious problem with teenagers that block the entrance and intimidate customers. By far the worse problem is the fact the staff make all their delivery orders a priority and comp
