I had a great experience at the Burger King in Wallsend. I ordered the Wagyu Wellington burger and was really impressed — it was very tasty, well prepared, and exceeded my expectations. The truffle fries were also good, although the truffle flavor was a bit mild and could have been more pronounced. Still, they paired well with the burger. The service was good, the staff were polite and efficient, and the place was very clean and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I recommend this location and would definitely come back!

The lady with all the tattoos needs to improve on her custom service skills. As when I pulled up to the service window. All I got was what do you want. Then as i explain what food I was after she was more interested in the computer screen as she didn't even bother to look at me while I was talking to her. Basically if she smiled her face might crack.

We went on a Saturday at lunchtime. There were no milkshakes, no hot drinks, and about half of the soft drinks were unavailable. The bathroom had no soap, and the fries had barely any cheese.

Ordered from Just Eat and the bag was open and the kids meals missing. I rang the store to explain the kids meals were missing the manager apologised and explained the drivers didn't work for them and contact Just Eat and Angela said she would drop the meals off. Absolutely fantastic people and service, thank you!! You saved me going out when we aren't well and got my kids on time. Can't thank you enough
