Costa has always been my favourite chain but it took a while to get served regardless of it not being overly busy and there being a lot of staff members on. I had to wait to double check it was my drink that was ready as it had been placed on the side without them shouting what it was that had been made. The drink itself was done well but customer service can definitely do with some improvements.

Wasn't greeted very nicely with the barista talking to other customers over me across the room without acknowledgement. She also made a pretty average coffee, cup not full. Nice location and venue though.

I ordered a medium Mocha and it tasted fantastic. But as a first timer I was surprised about the size of the cup. We had also a large cup on the table which was a real huge bowl actually. But anyway it was a very good coffee and the service was also very good. Can recommend this and would go there again!
