Didn't have any food, just a hot drink. Service was miserable as if it was an inconvenience to order a coffee. The cleanliness is not quite on top point either. Public bathrooms, not sure if belong to Costa or are shared with the Art Gallery but not clean at all and smelled vile. I had passed at least 5 other coffee shops along the way to get to hear but chose Costa as normally pretty good. Next time in town, think ill give the other coffee shops a try instead.

My colleagues and I will not be returning to the venue. The venue was untidy, two staff servers were uninterested in customers a total lack of thanks. The food items ordered were dry and not at all pleasing to us. Not the high standards we have come to enjoy at many other venues. Sorry Costa but this venue in the shopping centre let's your brand down significantly. 3/10.
