Good morning, Warrington! I wanted a quick breakfast this busy morning and decided to get a wrap at McDonald’s. After placing my order, I waited for my food and simply observed what was happening in the kitchen. It wasn’t particularly busy, yet the place still seemed understaffed. Here’s the important part. One of the kitchen staff accidentally dropped an egg from the tray onto the floor while preparing orders. She continued making the orders, and once they were out of the way, she picked the egg up off the floor, threw it in the bin, and then immediately carried on preparing food without was

Had to order twice, the screens didn’t have any receipt paper and the first one wouldn’t accept payment at all. Busy staff, but still quite a wait for a single wrap. The wrap itself felt very much like their grilled chicken salad on a wrap, unlike others I’ve had before. The chicken pieces were also very dry. A very generic curry flavoured sauce spread onto the wrap and not really enough of it. There a re better places in town to grab a bite and there are better Mcdonald’s not that far away if you're craving it specifically.

Terrible service at McDonald’s today. I waited over 30 minutes for two simple drinks while more than 20 customers after me got their orders first. When I politely asked about my order, the staff were rude and refused to apologise, saying “drinks take long.” Completely unacceptable service and very unprofessional attitude. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had here.

Smallish Maccies, probably larger than I think as the stairs were closed as were the toilets. Food was good enough, which is all you really want from one of these.
