“Easy parking, polite staff, great menu and fabulous burgers!!”

I understand wait times are heightened, however tonight after BBC Big Weekend the service was horrendous. So many people waiting hours for food, for it to arrive and be completely wrong. My order contained food from a number completely uncorrelating to mine. People were litterally walking behind the counter and getting their own stuff, nevermind the back of house and kitchen which looked like a bomb went off. The older lady who I believe to be a manager looked run off her feet bless her, she was lovely however.

Extremely long wait and Food and safety concerns: An absolute operational failure by management. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes (23:11 to 00:30) for a standard order, but the wait wasn't even the worst part. There was a severe food hygiene and safety breach. I physically watched my order get handed to another customer, who after leaving the premises returned, handled the bags and returned repackaged and handed it to me. Instead of throwing that compromised food away and dropping fresh items, which is basic UK food safety protocol, they served this exact returned food directly to me. Unsurpr

I had a really good experience here! The food was tasty 🍔, and the service was truly excellent. I loved the relaxing vibe inside – it's a brilliant spot to unwind. ✨ The staff were also wonderfully attentive. 😊

12th June I waited over 45 minutes to get my food the reason being because they were understaffed so sorted out the walkins and deliveries first, if I could of escaped the drive through I would have!!!!! I was furious 😠
