Unfortunately, my experience with the order in this store was not very good. The staff were nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the store itself was quite loud and not very comfortable. The taste of the food was also not what I had expected. Overall, it was an average experience for me.

I am absolutely disgusted. I came in for a chippy dinner as a treat for the kids, only to be served by an elderly woman who was clearly very unwell. She could barely speak, sounded like she had a viral infection or even COVID, and was coughing throughout the shop. At one point I could even see saliva coming over the counter while she was talking. Even if she wasn’t directly touching the food, that’s still how germs spread. I spoke to my dad as i go round once a week and found out she was back in again the very next day doing exactly the same thing. How desperate for money do you have to be t

I have seen other reviews and to be honst they are totally unfounded. Weve never had problem anything like they say, and often dont spell correctly. All i can say is a member of the family fetches the order and its done how we ask, usually get big portions for no extra cost plus we cant complain about the shop and will continue using it. 10/10 for everything. Thanks again

Been using this establishment for over 16 years and today i went in and watched a member of staff cleaning with a dirty dish cloth. then when asked to serve me, came straight over to start. Without washing her hands, when i challenged it they tried to deny it and then I got treated disrespectfully and then asked to leave.
