Absolutely disgusted. I ordered a cheese quesadilla (vegetarian) through Deliveroo and was given a chicken quesadilla instead. I have been vegetarian for 15 years and only realised after taking a bite. I contacted the store and received no apology or concern at all. Deliveroo only refunded the item, which does not address how serious this is. Completely unacceptable and has left me feeling genuinely sick and unable to trust this branch with vegetarian orders.

I had a good experience at this Taco Bell in Watford. It’s exactly what I expect from the brand: quick service, decent prices, and food that hits the spot when you’re in the mood for something simple and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. My order came out quickly and everything was hot and freshly made. The tacos and quesadillas were exactly what I wanted — nothing fancy, just enjoyable fast food. Overall, it was a straightforward and satisfying visit. I’d happily stop by again when I’m in the area and craving Taco Bell.

I don't now what hapiness whit taco bell before was more taste I order the XL chip's I got the small size i ask the staff she answers me these it's the new rule 😔I pay 3 pounds for extra chip's not for less it's not big deal 🤝 next time it's good to tell the customer new rules before to came inside ...have a nice day🤬

Food is awful. Even though it’s halal, taco shells stank and it felt like old cardboard. Lettuce was stale. There’s no flavour and if there was flavour it was covered with tasteless nacho sauce. Don’t order from this place, tastes like an 11 year old made the food for food and tech.
