As Chairman of the PERB, it is my solemn duty to bring to light certain matters of grave concern regarding McDonald’s Welling. Having lived in Welling my whole life, my relationship with this particular McDonald’s has been a long and complicated one. First thing people should know is McDonald's are franchises, so not all McDonald's 'restaurants' are the same. Depending on the owner of the particular McDonalds you visit, you will notice the quality of the food and service will have a massive difference. So as a local having lived here for years it's really disappointing to have such a bad one neare. 1. After a long day working and looking after three kids, I chose McDonald’s for a quick, easy dinner - clearly a mistake. Our order was missing items (children’s chips), which is basic enough to get right. What’s worse is when we went back, staff tried to suggest we were lying rather than just fixing their own error. No one is making up stories over a portion of chips it’s about the inconvenience of having to come back out after finally getting home with tired kids, all because your staff couldn’t check a simple order. Poor service, poor attitude, and completely unnecessary hassle. Do better.

This is one of the worst McDonald's ever to exist. Constantly missing items from my orders. And more recently my daughter found a half eaten chicken nugget in her Happy Meal. The staff who work here are absolutely vile. Avoid this place!!!!!
