I love subway and the shopping centre but the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful when I went in the other day. It took them a while to even come and serve me and when they did they were rude about me having gluten free bread due to an intolerance. Rolling their eyes at me, huffing and puffing and one guy in particular stood out by saying “you have got to be kidding me” and “I’m not dealing with this bullshit” under his breath. I understand people can have bad days but it is not my choice to not be able to have gluten it is a medical condition that I can not help. I choose to go to subway

Terrible experience at this place. I went there with a group, and the staff hardly spoke good English. The girl at the counter was very rude. Unfortunately, this time I decided to order delivery, and it turned out I ordered through this restaurant, and I was very dissatisfied. The food was cold, even though I asked for the meat, bacon, cheese, and hash browns to be heated. Everything was terribly cold. Unfortunately, after a few bites, I found a small piece of a Subway sticker inside my salad. And when I tried to complain and contacted customer support, my message was checked but ignored. TERR
