This was my first time ordering from your restaurant, and it will also be my last. The reason is that, unlike other Kurdish restaurants, you provide very small portions of rice and limited service to customers. Other restaurants usually send generous portions, with soup, salad, and stew filling the container, but unfortunately, you did not. On top of that, the food arrived completely cold, and the packaging was very basic. For a restaurant of your kind, this clearly shows that customer care is not given proper importance. Overall this place was a bit of a mixed bag. The food itself was tasty, nice flavours and everything was cooked well, so no complaints there. Portion sizes were a little on the small side though, especially for the price, so it didn’t feel like the best value. Service could’ve been better too, we had to ask a few times for extra cutlery which was a bit frustrating, as we had food on our table but nothing to eat with.
