The George inn is a lovely pub the staff we're welcoming and service was fast I had 28 people in my party, and the food came out altogether it was lovely and hot. I would highly recommend the chicken supreme it was lovely. Thank you to all the staff.

A true hidden gem on Weymouth seafront! We stumbled across The Gloucester and were so glad we did. It’s a fantastic hostelry with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and unbeatable views right over the seafront. We visited on a Tuesday evening for their steak night deal (buy one, get one half price) and it was excellent value. I went for the ribeye, while my wife had the sirloin – both steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, full of flavour, and served exactly as ordered. Staff were polite. Pizza was handmade and not bad. Had to go down steps to reach the pub so not sure if there is disabled access. Beer garden. Quite cozy inside. Tv's playing sport but not at volume. Small stage area for bands. Snooker table. Kid friendly. Playing great 80's tunes on one side of pub, quiet the other side, which is fab for anyone with hearing or sensory issues. Music not loud which was great. Disabled toilet. Blue light card discount on food which is good 👍 👍 👍
