We attended for my birthday with our 3 week old son on our first outing for dinner. Carly looked after us, she was super attentive and really made our experience super easy. The food was exceptional as it always is. The chef (Connor) also found out about my birthday and went above and beyond by sending us a cake out as a treat to help us celebrate my birthday. He even decorated around the plate and put a candle on. The staff really went above and beyond as they always do!

Emilia was an amazing waitress with brilliant communications, even tho was busy always made time to come back and check everything was okay which it was. We used to be regular visitors to The Whittington Arms, but stopped going as we found the quality and quantity of the food varied significantly between visits. To be fair the management and chefs would have likely changed since then, so we thought we would give it another go. Now, we have a joke in our family, that no matter where we go, we always get given the worst table in the house. They did not disappoint!
