Been last few weeks both me and my mate and food is just not it. Chips were somehow burnt soggy and cold all at the same time and went today and one burger was okay but then the other burger I got was way too overcooked. Was scraping burnt bits off the burger and my mates burger was completely undercooked just quite disappointed as I do love a McDonald’s. Just the quality the last few weeks of the food hasn’t been great at all

Me and my partner came today for dinner we had the big arch meal which was delicious. Louise the lady on the floor was so so lovely not just with us but with all customers coming in and leaving. She is a massive asset to the restaurant and makes your visit so much happier 💕

Myself and my daughter was treated to Maccys lunch. My daughter had nuggets cheese burger and a X sprite no issues. I had a double tasty meal with a large black coffee. We had it has a delivery with Just eat. The food came on time I waited at the bottom of our drive only to see the just eat driver walking at the bottom of our street with our order. I said why did you not come up our street he said I had another delivery 2 streets away so I left my vehicle there. He opened his bag our food was swimming in my coffee the Maccys bags were soaked my food was stone cold . He said oooohhhh you can ge

Been there 4 weeks in a row and the chips are always of poor quality not edible they are burnt, soggy and cold at all 4 of my experiences when I had my burger today is was not cooked and my mates was overcooked. Plus the machines never give you a receipt as they are always empty. Not happy as I normally enjoy a Mcdonald's but this one keeps messing up the food leading it to be poor quality
