ALB★★★Good place for a bite whilst you’re shopping, but was very busy for some of our experience. They could do with another drinks dispenser cause the line to queue up was rather long. But standard nando’s quality food, servers were lovely but prices are very inflated!

When I came to the tills to ask for glasses and pay for drinks I was made to stand in a queue while cashier served a random person, who jumped in a queue before me? Why? She acknowledged I was there, but didn't say anything and continuedserving others! I felt a bit awkward after that! Nevertheless she was polite. Would have been 3*, but customer service was good so was the food and atmosphere.

It was very busy in Nandos,and the food never took long to arrive👍 though we had to order it online ourselves. The arrival of the food was not pleasant as the food was getting cold already. My chicken butterfly and chips are cold and I cannot take it back since I was very hungry. Moreso, I am not impressed with the self-service approach as I expected orders to be taken.
