Visited recently and had a really pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean, well organised, and the atmosphere was comfortable even during busy hours. The staff were friendly, polite, and worked hard to keep orders moving quickly. Food was served fresh and hot, and everything tasted great. The drive-thru service was also smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable place for a quick meal with good customer service. Would definitely visit again.

Sat at the drive through order speakers for over a minute, multiple cars behind me and at the other speaker. Eventually drove to the window without ordering, person with headset on chatting with another member of staff. To the point they didn’t even notice I’d driven up to the window. Then looked surprised, at this time of the morning people use the drive through for speed 06:35 Person providing the order was polite and smiling

I have ordered couple of times from this McDonald's and most off the times items was missing, today I have ordered the fifa bundle and half off the items was missing in it. I have tried contacting them through the app and the phone and no success. The app offers to upload the recipe but dosent even work. Very poor experience. Will never order from McDonald's again. Especially from Wigston

The worst McDonald's I have ever did delivery from. Not only they did not give all the items the customer support it's absolutely useless. Doesn't even bother to answer. Paid money that can't even talk with no one to get a refund. McDonald's app it's very poor. Will never ever order from them again. Disgusting.
