This McDonald’s is dramatically failing. Food Standard Agency surely needs to be concerned about the quality of the standard from the previous management or supervisors that were there previously. I have lived 2 roads away for nearly 10 years and the dissatisfaction that I personally have received. Calling and reviews are astonishing. This McDonald’s are dropped in rating so much and I wonder why??? This need checking over as soon as possible as I have nearly received an allergic reaction the last time using this. I went at 1am Sunday 24th May. For whatever reason, the queue of cars in the drive thru didn't move 20minutes after I'd put my order through. The first guy atvthe pay window apologised for my wait and processed payment. That's fine. Then, when I went to the collection window, whoever she was dishing out the food, if that's the best you have for front of house then that's very concerning. Training is required. She was clearly not paying attention....I had no straw, no serviettes, no sauces that should have gone with my meal. On top of that my food was stone cold. So all in all an absolute jok

Ordered through uber this is twice now this has happened where items have been missing. First time it took 2 hours! To get to us and when it did there was items missing and the food was stone cold. And today we was missing fries out of my daughters happy meal so it was literally just a happy meal box with 4 nuggets in and then was missing a small fries and a large fries.
