But in the shop I walk in with family to the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever been too; paper, napkins and food on the floor and 3 staff standing on their mobile phones behind the counter rather than clearing up after earlier patrons. Crumbs on seats which we had to brush onto the already dirty floors is not my normal experience of Starbucks.
