I very often call to get a milkshake and a McFlurry from McDonald’s .. I go to McDonald’s quite often around the country and I’ve got say every McDonald’s I visit I purchase a Milkshake and a McFlurry.. Wisbech is the only McDonald’s that never fill the cups up to the full amount.. very often I politely ask staff to fill my cup up especially the McFlurry ice cream which is barely half full.. Most of the staff say we’re not allowed to !!! If they are not allowed then why is every McDonald’s around the country filling them up ( without having to ask ) .. I think it’s down to the manager in Wisbe

Every single time I use the drive-thru here, they ask me to park up and wait. It’s become a normal routine for them, not an exception. What’s the point of a drive-thru if you’re constantly being told to pull over and wait anyway? It honestly feels like poor organisation and lazy workflow. Other McDonald’s locations manage perfectly fine without doing this every time, so clearly it’s not a system issue – it’s this branch. Service is slow, and the whole experience defeats the purpose of fast food. Really frustrating and needs serious improvement.

I ordered myself a mcdelivery. I had to walk to my neighbours to get it because they delivered to the wrong door. As I take the bag it leaks. I continue to walk home and I open my drink and there wasn’t any left obviously. The mcdelivery is getting very poor the way they handle peoples food/drink isn’t great. To the people delivering and handling our food have respect.
