First time we’ve ordered from this place under the new management and it’s awful. They forgot to include part of the order, the garlic mushrooms looked like the frozen breaded ones you throw in a fryer (nothing like their website pictures), and one of the wraps was missing half the filling. When I rang up to ask for a refund, they told me to call back at 10pm when they were less busy, and then proceeded to send me two further payment links, asking for further money. They need to sort themselves out. Won’t be going back.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for a long time, but after my experience on Valentine’s Day, I will NEVER be coming back. I ordered a special meal for my wife and me, expecting the same quality I’ve always received. Instead, the sea bass was completely burnt—charred and inedible. It wasn’t just a little overcooked; it was BLACK. I called the restaurant to address the issue, thinking they would at least try to fix it. Instead, a rude young lady answered and basically told me there was nothing she could do. No apology, no offer to replace the meal—just complete indifference. W

BE WARNED!Complained the first time about the portion sizes, was told the next time I order they will look after me! Yeah they did with re-heated chips and a chicken shish that was over cooked! And BURNT BREAD - I payed an extra £1 for a spoonful of yogurt (had yogurt chicken) not worth the money! Massively disappointed and won't be ordering again from them! Man was rude on phone and said he don't deliver to white notley (Urm! You did a few weeks ago) * BE WARNED THEIR PORTIONS ARE SMALL * on a positive note the delivery driver was really friendly - (honestly you get better food from Gregg's)
