Came here at 7.20 on a Wednesday morning, the guy serving seems very pleasant was the only one there. Toilets seem very clean and the cafe itself is clean tidy, some boxes out the back but presumably their delivery. The Maple Syrup Latte and Nacho Chicken Cheese Toastie was delish. Most probably gets busy later. But good service overall thank you

Went in Saturday afternoon after 3 pm. Counter was messy and coffee cup felt dirty and unwashed. Staff were unfriendly and seemed not to care whether I was there or not. The coffee itself was weak and almost tasteless. A very disappointing experience and won't be using that Costa shop again as there are far better coffee shops nearby who are pleased and pleasant when serving.

The food is really nice but I swear to god the evening staff need a wellness check or something because they all look like they want to end it all by the time the clock hits 3pm. There's times where they just stop caring entirely and will just slam things around while sliding it across the counter with the most grim facial expression ever.
