Generally the food was pleasant! However, we have asked for vermicelli not / tiny spicy and received quite spicy anyway! Also, rice noodles overcooked and stuck together! Not pleasant- I wouldn't recommend Singapore vermicelli noodles as they are not tasty at all. Prawn chow main is of a good standard- as in most chinese takeaways! Food trays are foil+ see through plastic lid. Better than full plastic! Thank you

Ordered Christmas Eve, told be about 20 mins and the order took 90 mins to prepare for 1. Yes they were busy, yes it was Christmas Eve but they were clearly taking in more orders than they could cope with. People started looking for refunds which was met with it will only be a few minutes more. No apologies offered when I finally got my order My food was awful, chicken was like jelly that most of it went in the bin. Rice was edible Avoid unless you want to be disappointed.

Awful experience. Christmas Eve and it’s was extremely busy yet they were taking order after order and then extending people’s waiting times. Having ordered at 6:15pm I was told 1 hour 20 mins upon arriving I couldn’t even get to the counter till gone 8pm to then be told another 40mins. There was other people who’d been waiting longer too and every time they told someone how long their order would be it kept changing. I had no faith that they’d stick to the 40mins and so asked for a refund and went elsewhere. Perhaps in future they will mange things better and when getting overwhelmed stop tak
