I went to Subway today for the second time and our experience was very bad. The food was very good, no doubt about that, but the customer service was extremely poor. The guy wearing a cap was very rude—not just to me, but to everyone. I told him that we wanted to eat there, and he rudely replied that he would make the food first and then give it to us. We ignored it at that moment. Later, when I went again to get waffle fries, I made a simple request—to please put the spicy sauce on top of the fries instead of on the side, and to add a few onions, even if it meant an extra charge. Worker in the middle with the glasses and headband was rude to the customers failing to accept she made a mistake and instead of communicating that she did not know what to do she shifted the blame onto us. When I asked her name to make a complaint she refused and followed up by cutting rude looks and making rude comments

I had a really great experience at Subway today. The short height with specs and scarf on head girl who served me was very friendly, polite, and made my sandwich perfectly. She listened carefully to my order and worked quickly while still keeping a positive attitude.
