The worst KFC I have been to. We orginally planned to eat in until we went to find a table. Every table was filthy, the floors were covered in food. And the smell was so over powering it was vile. My son asked to use the toilet before we left to go eat our food in the car. That toilet looked like it hadn’t had a clean in days. When we eventually got back to the car and checked some of our order was missing and the popcorn chicken and chips were freezing (baring in mind the car was parked right outside the restaurant)

Yesterday I bought 20 hit wings. Just breading and bones.How can you put 20 such small ones in one bucket?Total waste of money. No respect.

Had a nightmare trying to get an order delivered from here via Just Eat, after nearly an hour a driver had still not accepted my order. I spoke to a wonderful member of staff on the phone named Brittany (forgive me if wrong spelling) who was so apologetic and did everything she could to explain the system and why my order was taking so long. The staff at KFC Wrexham deserve so much praise for putting up with so much from cranky customers when they are not the ones to blame for delays caused by delivery apps, thank you Brittany for actually making me smile over this situation.
