We ate there today 03/20/2026 had waitress Kay. AMAZING SERVICE! Kind, understanding, professional. This is most definitely a restaurant we will visit again! They actually took proper steps to ensure my husband could safely eat due to his allergies. We are truly grateful and impressed! Not only Kay but all staff is amazing here. Highly recommend this as a go to place to eat! Also every single food item was absolutely fresh. Made with perfection! Great size portions too! Way to go everyone!

We came in for a drink and some appetizers. We waited over 45 minutes after being sat for us to get the apps. They were ice cold. We informed our waitress who was fantastic. She got our order in again. We waited another 45 minutes and still nothing. We got our check and left. Would not recommend

3rd time in the last 2 months Ive had issues with this Buffalo Wild Wings. Dine in, you get sat and forgot about. Want to place a Togo order? You’ll be standing around for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged (at least there was entertainment of watching other people walk out before ordering). Ordered online and had an issue? Forget about receiving any help. I understand everyone has their off days, but I’m just done giving BWW a chance

I value coming to BWW but sometimes the staff really need to think before they speak. I was refused a green tree drink because the special only was shot form. I wasnt asking for the special. If I want to pay for a drink why not make it. Please educate rhe bar tenders. Sometimes they literally atd throwing away good tip money because of semantics.
