A friend and I ordered two meals through the app and went through the drive through to receive them. We were greeted by a poorly groomed greasy male who wouldn’t acknowledge us. His hair was dangling into food orders, even while in a ponytail. When receiving our food, we not notice nothing wrong. After moving the bags in the car, I happened to notice ice cream absolutely soaking both bags and my car seats. An important note is that I DID NOT ORDER ICE CREAM. This is the worst burger I have ever eaten at this chain. The meat was burnt. There was no ice, and no ketchup. I will not come back to this restaurant.
