The store partner was extremely rude she came out with a smile and high pitched voice to argue and be condescending! Compared Sonic to walmart, kept talking over us, said she refunded our 3.99 shake but actually only refunded us .09 then when I called she was acting as if her horrible customer service was non existent and said she’s the partner and the highest to communicate with. The vanilla shake in our $30 order was disgusting , we asked if we could get a different flavor she said anything above vanilla is .89 more and didn’t even offer us to pay the remainder she only wanted to refund us

I visited to pick up my order and signed the clipboard on arrival. After completing the paperwork, I asked to step outside briefly because the staff were hosing the floor and I was not wearing slip-resistant shoes. A person I believe to be the manager, identifiable by a different-colored shirt, refused and insisted I wait inside and that the order would not be brought out. When I offered to simply step just outside the door and let them call out when it was ready, she responded rudely and gave me a dismissive look as if I were an inconvenience. They dont put the proper ingredients in your order. I ordered a dirty sprite with extra cream, no lime wedge. When I called the lady asked if I wanted to come all the way back for just the lime wedge! Can you believe this. Their mistake, but unwilling to correct it with making a fresh drink. I paid 3.45 for this drink. I won't be going back to this location.

5 days in a row i’ve cream machine down an hour and 15 min before close? when other locations still have it open? waste my gas? never again. do better. bless yalls hearts
