I tried this restaurant out for the first time a few days ago. Upon arriving I noticed the menu had price changes with new prices blacked out as well as the menu. The menu was all marked out with sharpie. The I assume owner was super friendly. She recommended the Cowboy special which was a hamburger with brisket, jalapeños, and onions. The fries were perfect!! I should have ordered something smaller but the burger was great!Now me personally I did not like the combination of what came on the burger. We love this place. The owners and the food are all amazing! We just stopped by and they had a new item that was unreal. They have a Smashburger with carnalized unions, peppers, brisket, and a small amount of bbq sauce. It is the best hamburger I have ever had anywhere. Its the Cowboy burger. I hope it stays on the menu. Most humans can share it with someone and still get full. Great job Flaming Grill!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the hatch green chili cheeseburger with fries and the burger was juicy and delicious! Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is drive-through does take a while. I waited like 10 to 15 minutes to get order.
