Not sure about the other posters, but we come from lombard to this location even though Villa Park is closer. Staff is always friendly greeting with a smile. Food is always good. My family has wierd palettes, so its always custom items. 98% of the time they get it. I cant fault them because its always wierd modifications. I sure hope management acknowledges their staff.

This is, by far one of the worst taco bell i have gone to. Time, after time, after time, i get soggy, old, half melted mexican pizzas. Evertime. This time, i got one with the size of a quarters worth of ingredients all pilled into the middle with 75% of the crust just empty and showing. Not only that, i cant tell you how many times I've asked for light or easy souce on my grilled cheesy burrito and I swear, its like they go out of there way to add EXTRA sauce. Plus half the time the burritos are half sauce on one side and whatver else on the other half. Either teach your employees how to do th

Skip this Taco Bell, this pace is bad. Dined there a bunch times because they are closest to my house. Finally just fed up with it. Food quality is poor! Items are made without the proper amount of fillings, sauces, meat etc. with no care at all. The grilled cheese burrito ALWAYS has completely burnt cheese, like so burnt it’s blackened cheese. Every single time! (You ever gonna fix that grill iron that’s clearly too hot ? Or train your employees to use it correctly? ) Again, no care about food quality at all.
