Hubby and I just moved to the area a couple months ago. Was looking to play pool on Valentine's day. Well we wandered into this place and were not disappointed. Room full of pool tables. Some hourly. Some league size. Some ran by quarters. Saturday night. And there were plenty of open tables. Spacious. We weren't on top of each other. Rack & grill did not impress to say the least, We ordered takeout using the only menu available online, which clearly showed fries included with the meals. When I picked up the order, we were charged separately for fries without being informed. I only accepted them because the menu indicated they came with the meal. I was told I would need to speak to a manager for a refund. I asked if I was going to receive a refund the next day and explicitly made it clear I didn’t want the 18$ worth of crinkle fries and was told I would.
