Reserved some tables at this location for a field trip after being denied at a different PPP. The manager I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and charismatic! He really helped us out. The day of the field trip, it was packed and very hectic. The staff were absolutely wonderful; they were all friendly, patient, and very helpful. Honestly, this location really stands out from the others! It was our first time going to this location but definitely will not be our last!

I haven’t had a complaint so far. I’ve done my babies parties here and it’s very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious! The wings and pizza are so good. The salad when I go for the buffet also super fresh.

Customer service was good no problems there. And the wait was less than 15 minutes. My only disappointment is that the food wasn't up to par like it normally is. It seems like my cheese bread was baked on a cinnamon desert pan and made my cheese bread taste sweet. The bottom of the bread had brown sugar so that wasnt very appetizing at all. My pizza was burnt on the edges which wasn't as bad but still not like they are normally made. I was mostly disappointed with the cheese bread tasting like their cinnamon desert.

This place is like a meat locker. Freezing cold. Our RV park eats there every 2 weeks. Maybe 80 to 100 people. Many have to wear coats. Way, way too cold. Update - comment to reply: My concerns are fairly well spelled out in my review. Food and service are great. Temperature inside is ridiculously cold. Just back off a little on the A/C.
