I went through the drive thru this afternoon and after they ran my card 3 different times, (declined) I finally realized I'd grabbed the wrong card when I'd left home. I was completely embarrassed. I had enough on the card I brought to pay for most of it. Completely my fault. But they were so sweet and so patient. And really are so very kind every time I go through their drive through. Thank you guy's honestly, so much, for being good human beings every single time I come through. You guys are sweet and respectful and professional every time. And the food is always good. Ordered a mobile order tonight for BEEF tacos, was told they were “out of beef” and we had to choose between chicken or steak, when I declined and asked for them to just refund the money I was told “we are unable to refund the order”. Husband also ordered a frozen drink, got to the window and they were OUT of the drink, had to get a completely different one. Once we got the food, it was cold and soggy. I spent almost $50.00 on our dinner and had to pretty much throw all of it away Not happy at all.

I ordered a steak quesadilla. 1) it is not cut 2) it is mostly tortilla. I know they have portion sizes but this is like 3 shreds of cheese and 2 pieces of steak in a quesadilla uncut. That’s like the simplest thing on the menu. My Cinnabon was as fire as the girl at the window though 1/10 on the food 10/10 for the girl at the windows smile making the bad food worth the trip lol
