Food is always good but where is the chicken in this wrap? Its always showing the chicken before you bite in, but right afterwards its gone. $15 for a meal for what, I have to ask? What the heck is going on with this parking lot and the drive through? There is only one way in, and they have the entire parking lot capped off so you have to come in from one direction or go all the way around. They really need to build these buildings with the parking lot in the equation.

I order breakfast at this location on my way to work ALL the time. All of the employees give great service but Kaelyn goes above and beyond. She recognizes me and is very personable. She makes me feel like our interaction is not transactional. She is very welcoming and a hard worker! Thank you for your great service!

I’m extremely disappointed to have to write this review, but after the THIRD incorrect order in a row at the Chick-fil-A on McDermott in Allen, I feel it needs to be addressed. My husband ordered a Cobb Salad with NO cheese, no tomatoes, because he has a severe allergy. They gave him the salad, it had tomatoes and cheese in it, he let them know, they fixed it handed it back, they just took the tomatoes out, but it STILL had cheese. They fixed again and handed it back. My husband checked it and it appeared to be fine. We drove all the way home only to open the salad and find cheese in it anyw

Friendly service. Terrible food. Chick-fil-a-chemical factory more like it. 30+ ingredients in just their grilled nuggets. Tastes like eating chemicals. Fruit cups that taste like - you guessed it - chemicals. Does anybody sell chicken sandwiches anymore that are just … chicken? Or fruit cups that are just … fruit? Also they block the fire lanes every day - I called the police or fire dept - nobody cares. Sheesh. Friendly service tho. Just fake chemical food and no regard for fire lanes.
