I had an amazing experience at Curuba in Allen. The food was absolutely incredible and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The patacones with shredded chicken and melted cheese were delicious and packed with flavor, and the bandeja style breakfast plate was outstanding. The chorizo, crispy pork belly, steak, beans, rice, and egg were all cooked perfectly and the portions were generous. The presentation was beautiful and the flavors were authentic. This is hands down, the BEST Latin food in the area. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and knowledgeable. Their recommendations were 10/10. From the Sweet Plantain Au Gratin, to the Ajiaco and Vegan Power Bowl- we were WOW’d. We will absolutely be back and will recommend this place to everyone. Absolutely no notes. Amazing breakfast. We had the brisket burrito and Benedict . They use real rice (big deal for me lol). I even spotted their matcha was organic which to me shows they care about quality. Each bite of my burrito was so flavorful. Usually w breakfast burritos I get tired of it by the 6th bite , but I had to keep going until I was full. I ordered the drip coffee with 1 pump hazelnut and whipped cream- very different from what I usually get- and it was so good guys. Can’t wait to come back. They can have all my money.
