We're a first time customer, and we ordered our food on a Friday evening after 6pm. Wife attempted to place our order 3 different ways. The website wouldn't take her order after a few attempts and gave an error message. When she called twice, someone answered the phone but hung up. So she ordered at the register. I am a repeat customer of Wulf Burger at two of their locations (Allen, Richardson), doing both dine-in and pick-up, and usually the food here is good with great vegan options that I really appreciate. But there were quite a few mistakes with my order today that I unfortunately cannot overlook. The side sauce was missing from my order entirely, the avocado and pickles I requested on my burger was missing as well. Really disappointed with my experience. The burger was extremely dry, they also didn’t include the customization I specifically asked for, which made it even worse for the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not worth it. Waste of time and money honestly.

Burgers are real good but they need a few more options to choose from. This was the classic and the wulf special just replaces the bun with a red one. The order screen was not working.
