Well I got the bagel, and the bagel was BURNT and the bagel also had a thin layer of cream cheese as if it was butter that was almost absorbed into toast. I take it back in and they take the already BITTEN bagel and added more cream cheese then handed it back. I worked in food service to know that this is unsanitary.
