The order ahead service at this subway is pointless. I’ve been told by the employees that their system “has known issues” and sometimes orders won’t come through or take an extremely long time to come in, yet their solution is to just make you sit and wait to see if it will. The online tracker will automatically say that your order is ready after a certain period of time, but when you show up they either have not received your order yet or have not started. If you order ahead here you will be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes for your food.

Staff work there are unprofessional i wait for order 1 hour they give my order to someone else when i call there staff specially the night shift staff don't know meaning of customer service, rude behavior.. this is repeated third time. Never ever gone to this store again.

I’ve called this Subway about twenty times over the course of two hours straight, and not ONCE did anyone pick up. Not once. That’s beyond ridiculous, it’s flat out embarrassing. How do you run an entire restaurant and collectively decide the phone doesn’t exist? What’s the point of even having one if nobody ever answers it? You’d honestly have better luck talking to a brick wall, because at least that would be consistent. Zero response, zero effort, same energy. TWENTY. TIMES. Not once did anyone pick up.
