I usually don’t eat Taco Bell from too many bad experiences, but my husband wanted tacos while we were traveling. We took a chance since it was late and stop at store #035880 in Amarillo, TX. We both agreed even going through drive thru our service was fast, order correct, food presentation was great, and probably some of the best Taco Bell we have had. I wanted to make sure the GM and manager knew that whoever was working the late evening around 11:30 PM on April 16, 2026 did a fantastic job!

I just want to say thank you to the lady manager I talked to today for helping me with the issues on my order. The food was very lacking in quality, but I will be getting it taken care of here Thursday. I understand how frustrating it can be without the staff to run a shift, so thank you again for taking time to answer the phone and make things right.

Somebody need to come save this place, this is an absolute nightmare of a store, I was patiently waiting for a DoorDash order, it took them 5 minutes to even recognize I was there, then looked at me with a attitude and says “Yea” I told them I was here to pick up a DoorDash order, She said “It’ll be a minute” with the rudest tone, I go and sit down at a table to wait, after another 10 minutes I look up and she’s on her phone doing god knows what, this store should be shut down and have a whole new restart…

Food was fine but we waited nearly 25 minutes after placing the order on the kiosk because you can't order any other way. Had we not already paid, we would have left. Clearly the drive thru was WAY more important than the people in the building.
