Sweet Caroline’s deserves 4.5 stars. The bathroom could definitely be nicer, but the food is some of the best you can find in Ames. They have amazing gluten-free options with a huge menu, and everything tasted incredible. The early 2000s pop music gave me flashbacks to Big Time Rush and One Direction, which I honestly loved.

Went in on 6/2 for wings to go and this is what they gave me. Might as well just ordered them plain theres next to no sauce or flavor on these. Even wingstop sauces their wings better than that ffs. Server was really nice and helpful though when ordering

Sweet Caroline’s in downtown Ames has a great vibe and friendly service. Food was a bit off today, everything felt over-fried but overall still a solid spot. Would definitely come back and try again.

Usually I'd give this place an EASY 5 star the food here is incredible the staff is kind but today I tried to surprise my mother for her birthday by taking her out to eat at her favorite place. When we got there it was busy and smelled good and the atmosphere was so nice but we ended up leaving after 20 min due to not getting help. I understand it was busy but there were several tables easily cleanable and several staff looked at us and did not help. I don't mean to sound rude maybe it's an understaffing problem but I truly believe you should have someone up front at all times. Anyways if you
