Are you flippin kidding me!?!? I ordered from DoorDash at 5:59!! My poor dasher got there and waited until 7:22! As if that wasn’t ridiculous enough .. .. this is how my pizza arrived! I will be calling whoever I can to make sure I get my money back or a proper order! I understand being busy or even maybe understaffed , but what I get is what determines if you keep my business . This was horrible!

I don't eat out all that often, disabled veteran on a fixed income, and didn't realize that if I sent a friend to pick up the order I needed to provide them a detailed description of everything ordered. Didn't get sauces, that cost extra, and the dessert pie(that isn't actually pie). When I called my choices were come back to pick them up that night(I am post op and can't drive) or next time I come they would be free. Which, that's not free that's receiving products I had already paid for at a later date. Zero options for refunding the items to the card used to pay. That's theft in my book so

I placed an order, got an email it was ready so headed there. I got there and NOPE not done not ready. I even got a reminder email 15 minutes after it was "ready" It wasnt even started when I got there. I was told "oh we like to wait until you get here" ummm then why tell the system it's ready to email customer that its ready. I rolled in after a long shift at work feeling flat worn out and fed up. Boss rode me all day and nothing went right. I did not feel like cooking and I sure did not feel like talking much. I walked into Little Caesars and the smell alone started to fix my mood. The guy at the counter greeted me like I mattered. No fake smile no attitude.
