My mother and I went for dinner around 5 PM on Sunday May 24th and let me tell you that it was the best darn blueberry pancakes & Colorado omelet I have EVER eaten!!! Kudos to the cook!!! Service was good too! Clean place and great environment! I love me some Ihop!!! I cannot wait to go back!

Went on a Thursday night, wasnt busy about 4 tables used. Multiple tables not being used were super dirty, spilled drinks, syrup on the table, crumbs. Our server never checked on us once, mumbled, took 15 minutes to ask about what we wanted to drink and another 15 to see if we were ready. Food took about 25 minutes to come out and she never refilled my moms drink even after it was empty when she delivered the food. Always enjoy eating there, have been getting the big steak omelette once a week for the last 5 months now. The staff are always friendly, polite and do their best to make sure I'm satisfied with the food and the service. A Big shout out to Erin for always having a funny quip to make me laugh. The staff always makes sure that I get my Veteran's discount that I was unaware of until they pointed it out to me.
