This is the first time I’ve been to this place and I got charged extra for something I didn’t get. I specifically ordered half carne and half chicken in my bowl. The person that made my order did as requested. I went to the counter to pay for my food but the person at the register just charged me with an extra carne asada. this chipotle is by for one of the worst I’ve ever been to and I’ve visit plenty of times but yesterday was the last draw for me. I will not be ever going back. The stork walking in the door is very unpleasing. Very disgusting floors. Tables are nasty. It looks like they only clean up during the morning shift such a high turnover. Every time I go is always a completely new staff. They need new management! The restaurant was filthy, the toilets were dirty, there was trash on the floor, and a staff member was singing loudly in the kitchen! They seemed to have mixed old rice with freshly cooked rice; it was rock hard. The staff's attitude towards the customers was indifferent; everything was terrible, unfortunately!!! I would recommend looking for another place; you won't be wasting your money.
