Customer service was great! Very fast and friendly! Food was good, with the exception of the fried rice. Idk if panda express changed the recipe but the fried rice is bland with hardly and ingredients in it to call it fried rice. It wasn't even fried lol. This is 2 nd or 3rd time here and the fried rice is just awful. No flavor. No color. No ingredients like veg egg seasoning etc ...come on panda get it together. If I notice I'm sure plenty of others notice but don't say anything because the entries and chow menu are so good!!!

I ordered chow mein and got white rice through online order pick up. I ordered cream cheese rangoons (3pcs) and never got them in my order. I don’t like that.

Update: stopped by again for lunch a number of times and noticed the portions are shrinking. Cleanliness is deteriorating as well (see pictures with ants/ insects all over the self serve beverage fountain). Must be a management or lack of problem. Adding new photos. Good option for lunch and sometimes dinner. Good and affordable alternative to junk food in a bun or otherwise deep fried. Drive through portions seem to be smaller regularity, it’s worth placing order in store.
