This was a clean location, friendly staff. My fish sandwiches where barely warm. My 2 complaints. The water filtration. Is questionable tested at a 307 ppm. This causes inflammation in the body. This is the same water for soda. Adults & or children with illnesses should not be ingesting. And I don't mind paying extra for onion for my sandwich but 1.19 for 2 slices per sandwich, when theyvare not the same expense as cheese. Its Robery. Lesson learned.

I've been visiting this location for years, without issues however today's visit was exceptional service & interaction w staff. Cheryl & Nerai were at counter & they were fast & extremely friendly & personable . I placed an online pickup order & arrived with food ready all hot & delicious! Asked for some extras to take home my leftovers & they were just above & beyond! This store is always clean & well stocked. Always friendly service & we ring the bell, every time! Thank you again, Ladies!

The girl at the register was very nice, and she got us napkins when they were out in the lobby without any complaints. She is the only reason I gave 2 stars. The food tastes awful. I got an Angus cheese steak, it was chewy and full of gristle bits. The sauce on it did not taste like cheese. I only ate half of it because I was hungry. Absolutely not worth the price tag. Best thing was the curly fries which were pretty mid. I honestly think the frozen Arby's fries from the supermarket taste better. The dining room is pretty small, which is fine, but it's also dark. Today was my 2nd visit to this location. On my first visit the 3 drinks I ordered were all wrong. On today's visit one of 3 sandwiches was wrong. I ordered 2 double beef and chedder's and 1 double roast beef. I was charged for the double roast beef but was served a regular size beef and chedder. It's inconvenient to return to the store for a refund. I just won't visit again.
