Sal's pizza is what it is. Just that spot to grab a slice or pie and eat up. They toasted my slice which made the crust crispy, I'm a big fan of thin and crispy pizza! The BBQ pizza was awesome, staff was friendly and you can't eat at a fast food chain this cheap anymore. Lunch special was $6.50 that came with a drink, garlic knot and a slice of pizza. I'd definitely have another slice at Sal's.

This is one of those old school places that we see on TV, a place where good pizza a service are made to look fake. However that further from the truth, they have amazing pizza by the slice or pie. The pizza is never old and tired looking, fresh pizza is always coming out. The staff is great and you can't tell they live owning the business, that is hard to find theses days. Over all I make a stop at least once a month when I'm downtown.

Delicious pizza by the slice. Comfy clean dining room with friendly service. I recommend this place if you want classic New York style pizza. 10 different flavors out at a time. The garlic knots are superb. Great place downtown!
