I could leave an entire book about the owner and staff at Mosaeic but I’ll start by first saying thank you. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and the owner made my daughter and I feel like family. When we arrived it was a little late and the staff was dealing with a lot of orders. My daughter was getting restless as we waited so the owner asked her what she wanted and he let her pick out a drink on the house. A simple gesture that illustrated his situational awareness. My girlfriend and I wanted to try Mosaeic under new management, and we were pleasantly surprised. They rebranded as a more relaxed, casual dining experienced, and we set our expectations accordingly. Dynamite Combo: very delicious and filling. Everything had the correct texture and spice level. Amazing place to get Mediterranean food. The Hummus and grape leafs are delicious. Really all the food was great. The service was very good and the workers are incredibly nice, you can really tell cooking isn't a job for them more of a passion.
