I ordered online. Called to correct my order they hung up on me. I asked for extra sauce on my meatball sub and this is what I received. I can't pick it up, I can't hold it, it's sloppy and looks unappetizing. Rude customer service.

This location is great! Ate here on Saturday, 3/14/26. Brenda and Shay (not sure if I spelled it right) waited on us and they were Awesome! My wife and I eat here at least once a week, because of the great service and food! Always fresh and delicious! If you want a sub sandwich, come here! Better than the other sub stores in Ardmore and way less expensive! Love the sandwich deal of the day!

We showed up 26 minutes until close on a Saturday night (which I know already makes me a jerk!) When we walked in, Patience and just finished making nearly 70 sandwiches!! She and her space were a mess, but she NEVER stopped smiling! She was so so pleasant and did a WONDERFUL job getting us served quickly with DELICIOUS and fresh sandwiches! She did a great job and we will absolutely be back because of her!

This subway is absolutely the best. Im greeted when I walk in the door, its clean and no matter what I order, my meal is delicious and made quickly and correctly every single time! The manager takes the time to check on my meal when i eat in the lobby, and its just a great environment. This crew really goes above and beyond for their customers.
